Thank you for visiting our new website. We hope you enjoy the new design and enhancements we have made to the previous version. We would like to highlight a few new features that we hope you find useful:
We are very pleased to announce our new improved checkout. You can now expect a clear presentation of how your order will be fulfilled. Our program will evaluate the shopping cart contents and the shipping destination, and choose the optimal shipments required to fulfill the order. You will also be presented with expected or guaranteed delivery dates depending on service selected which gives unmatched visibility into the handling and delivery of your order. In addition, you can now add your carrier (UPS or FedEx) account number to your profile and charge the shipping to your own carrier account. Finally, we have added an individual warehouse stock detail on each item to display how many of each item we have in a particular location which gives context to our warehouse allocation for your order.
We now offer the ability to view the PDFs wehave on file of Certificate of Conformance or other traceability documents for your order online. In the Order Detail screen after an order has invoiced and prcoessed through our system, two links will be shown. One is in the main set of links which says "Download Certs". This will download a complete PDF for the certs for your order of any item that has certs on file. Second, next to each item in that order that has certs on file, you will see a "View Item Cert" link which will popup the cert for that item on your screen.
Another new highly requested feature we are launching is the Online Core Bank. In the Returns Center in the My Account section, there will be an icon to click to view outstanding cores. Please keep in mind this will show only recent outstanding cores that are still eligible for return.
Using the integrated parts finder is simple and will make finding your replacement parts fast and easy. Just select the product you are looking for, along with the make and model of the aircraft, and a list of applicable parts will be presented for you. Be sure to take note of the aircraft variant information in the results to ensure you select the right part for your aircraft. This is intended to be used as a general guide and we ask that you confirm the currently installed part as well as the applicability of the replacement part prior to installing any item on your aircraft.
If you prefer a non-graphical list of parts for search results or category pages, please try our new list view. Once the search results or category page displays, click the List View icon in the upper left corner. You will be presented with a list of parts and can add items found on that result directly from this screen. Both the part number and description are links, with the part number link launching our new Quick Shop feature, and the description linking to a product detail page. Please note that mobile screen resolutions are not presented with this option.
