State Tax Exemption / Resale Number Submission

We collect and remit sales tax based on state and local requirements. Please note there are some state and local aviation specific sales tax exemptions that may apply. Additionally, some states require sales tax collection on shipping charges which, if applicable, will be included in the sales tax charge.

I wasn't charged tax before. Why now?

Tax laws for online sales have changed due to the 2017 Supreme Court Decision, which now allows states to collect tax on online sales from out of state retailers. We are making every reasonable effort to comply with the law, whenever it applies. If your order is shipped to (or picked up in) one of the following states, it is subject to sales tax.
